New Glasses

Jake finally got his new big boy glasses. He is so much better with these then the baby glasses. I think he can see so much better. It's so exciting.

I think he looks like Harry Potter. My little handsome boy.

Jake's First Camping Trip

A couple weeks ago we took Jake on his first camping trip. We've been up to the cabin many times but this was the first time we stayed in a tent with Jake. We went up to Mcgregor and it was a beautiful campsite. Great view and a nice lake. Unfortunately Jake caught some sort of bug and everything he ate/drank came back up or out if you know what I mean. He was surprising upbeat for being so sick. Thank god for my Brother Jason and SIL Lori. They let us use their tub in their camper a few times when Jake had either throw up all over himself or the other thing. We went through a lot of clothes and by the end of the weekend all Jake was eating was toast.

On our way home I started to feel really bad like I was going to throw up. Turns out I caught the bug and felt like hell for two days. It was so bad that B stayed home from work one day to help with the baby. I don't think I've been that sick before. My Aunt Michelle, Cousin Matty and Dad ended up all getting it too. Sorry guys.

Even though we all got sick and the baby was sick we still had a great time. It was so nice to spend time with my family. Brent got a lot of fishing in and the girls got a lot of relaxing in. Can't wait for next year.
