Me and my Lovely Auntie Vicki. |
This was what I made. |
After our class we walked over to The Freight House for lunch and drinks. Stillwater, Mn is by far one of my favorite cities in Minnesota to visit. |
One waiter handled the entire group and I will say that he was pretty good. Food was awesome and the company was even better. |
I allowed myself to have one drink that was not on my low carb WOE(way of eating) Yum! |
Holy COBB SALAD!! YUMMY!! |

Oh my gosh, if my salads could look like THAT cobb salad, I'd eat salad every day!
So very sorry for your loss, but wow it makes my heart happy to see all you ladies getting together! Such a lucky family you are to have each other. But did you say one waiter for the whole group! That is impressive!
This looks like such a fun day - I love Stillwater and The Freight House and I would love to do a class like that! I'm so glad you have such a wonderful supportive family - so sorry about your loss too.
Oh that sounds like such a great gathering! I am sorry that it had been prompted by a loss, but sometimes those are the times we remember to spend time with people that are important to us!
I am so sorry for your family's loss. I saw your pictures over the weekend and it looks like you all were able to come together and really have a great time. You have a lovely family!

So sorry to hear about your Uncle :( I'm glad you and your family had the opportunity to have what looks like a lovely day out.
So sorry about your family's loss! That's so heartbreaking. I'm really glad that you guys got to spend this quality time together--the projects you made are lovely!
I'm so sorry about your loss. This looks like it was a great day though - with all the females in the family! Your projects look great. How fun!

What a wonderful day to share. I love woodworking. Took it in Junior High instead of Home Ec. You have a great family.
I love to see families supporting each other and having such fun. I'm so sorry for your loss but so glad you have such love. PS - that class looks like so much fun.
I love this so much--but especially that you have such a big, close-knit family that rallies together in the hard times especially. That must have been so meaningful to your aunt especially <3
Beautiful photos, and I love that you took a woodworking class! Your creation is so pretty! Also HOLY COBB SALAD! Yes, please.
XOXO
