Half way there
I am still not feeling 100% but I am defiantly better than I was. Yesterday I hit 30 weeks and had my first really bad case of heartburn. It was awful. It took everything I had to get through work. I cried secretly at my desk. Man what a mess I am. The minute Brent picked me up I started crying like a little baby. It's hard going back to work when I feel so icky because there is someone at work that gives me the silent treatment for days after I've been sick. Like I like being pregnant and sick all the time or something.
10 weeks to go I keep telling myself....just 10 more weeks...just 10 more weeks. I hope it goes by pretty quick because I am very excited to meet my little man. I feel like I've been pregnant for years. 62 days left.
Last night Brent and I watched Step Brother. Oh my gosh.... This is the funniest movie EVER. I laughed so hard. Has anyone saw it?

SICK AGAIN!!
I woke up around 3 am with a horrible stomach ache. It was almost exactly like my stomach ache this summer while at the cabin if any of you remember that story. Oh course by 7 am I was in tears because I hadn't slept and I really can't miss work. B did everything he could. He tried rubbing my tummy and getting me whatever I needed but it just proceeded to get worse. I knew that the way I felt and the lack of sleep would prevent me from going into work.
There is nothing that I can do about that. I just wish that I didn't have to work through all of this and that I could just relax. I fell asleep around 7:30 am but was woken up because I needed to run to the bathroom and throw up. Sorry for the details. I can't keep anything down and my tummy just aches.
I called the nurse line and she said its the flu, she is so certain and I hope that's all it is. I told her that I got the flu shot and she said that only prevents respiratory problems and not the stomach problems and vomiting. Did any of you know that? What was the point of getting the shot.....
Tomorrow morning B and I were suppose to head up to Duluth. I called the hotel and they said that we can't cancel. I pray pray pray to god that I feel better in the morning so we aren't out all that money and so B can have a good B-Day.
Well enough of my sob story. I hope everyone else is better than I am.
Take care.

Doctors appointment
So anyway back to my appointment. I am measuring perfect and Jacob's heart beat it good and my blood pressure is normal. They did my glucose screening to test for gestational diabetes. I had to drink some orange stuff which tasted like really sweet flat orange pop. Then I had to wait an hour and have my blood drawn. B read a magazine and I read my book while we waited.
I get the test results today and will post them. I promise to get a picture up this week too.
This weekend B and I are heading up north to Duluth for a mini vaca. It's his B-day Saturday. The big 38... WOW!! Old man. We are calling this B's birthday weekend and our babymoon in one since this will probably be the last time we can get away before we have little Jacob. The place we are staying is pet friendly but I need to let go for ONE weekend and leave my little man Giz home. I swear he is so SPOILED!! I see jealousy on the horizon.
That's all for now.

Random
I just had to share my collection of AFLAC ducks. You wouldn't believe how nuts people at my work go for these. I should start locking them up.. See my new Christmas duck in the middle. They are so cute(pic quality not so good)

Oh my my my....
I feel like my blogs are boring and I have no readers. I think that because not that many people comment. What's up with that?? Start commenting PEOPLE. I know that a lot of my family reads this and do they comment?? NOOOOOO... Lets change that. I need some support, words of encouragement, tips..
This past weekend was uneventful. I did a little Christmas shopping, relaxed a little, hung out with my Mom and then Sunday I was sick.. Seems to be a pattern. I spend all of Sunday afternoon and evening in bed so I decided to start reading Twilight. So far so good. I'm almost half way through it. I would much rather read the book first than see then movie. It was only 8.97 at target along with all the other books in the series.
Ok enough of my ranting...
