Weekend Recap

I know you are all on the edge of your seats to hear what I did this weekend. ; )
I spent the weekend up at my Dad’s house. He and his wife Martha went on a camping trip and they asked me to watch Hannah the dog. She is very old and has a hard time getting up steps and they thought she would be more comfortable at home. She’s been around since I was in high school back in ancient times.

I got there Friday night after work around 6 and just lounged around. I made spaghetti, watched some TV and headed to bed early. Saturday, I woke up around 7:30 and even though I had a good night’s sleep I was extremely exhausted all day long. I attempted to go up to North Branch to hit some of the outlet stores but only lasted 15 mins. UGH!! I headed back to my Dads around 2 and took a nap.
Around 4:30 I headed over to my Brothers to have dinner and to hang out with him and my Nephew Tony while my SIL Lori was out for her first girls night out since Tony was born. My Sister Tracy stopped by my Brothers for a little while and we played with Tony while Jason went out and mowed the lawn. After Tracy left Jason and I ordered dinner and watched a movie (he actually couldn’t predict this movie so he kept his mouth shut). I headed back to my Dads around 9:30 and went to bed. I tried to get back to his house before dark because my Dads house is the middle of nowhere and I am still a baby when it comes to being all alone in the boondocks. It’s the perfect setting for a horror movie.

Sunday I just hung around my Dads until he and Martha got home. We ate dinner and then I headed home to B and my baby Gizmo.
That was my exciting and fun filled weekend. Thank you for taking the time to read this long ass post. I am sure you all are so happy you did ; )
